Justification By Grace

He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. Titus 3:5
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:7

I can hear the cry of grace saying, tell religious folks to give up on their self righteousness and hold unto the finished work of Christ. For no one is justified in my sight on the ground of good works. Justification (righteousness) is by grace and Christ is the author of grace (John 1:17).
The Church of Christ is not a product of good works, if it was a product of good works the father would have left us with the Law of Moses. Rather the Church is a product of the finished work of Christ on the cross. All of Christ works are sum up in grace. The good news is that, your righteousness and mine  righteousness is a product of the gift of righteousness that Christ gave to the Church (Romans 5:17). However, our justification is completely on the ground of grace and is not in any way associated with good works.
