Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the Mediterranean Sea. Deuteronomy 11:24

Whenever I read this verse I shout out and feel the babies in my womb hopping for joy, because it brings to light the content of the anointing that is upon the life of God's people. The Lord says "every place you set your foot upon is yours," including desert.

Note the richness of that word "every place," that means there is no limit to what we can achieve when we are conveyors of the anointing, even the rivers and the seas respond to our presence.

One might also think why did God include the desert, because we know the desert to be dry, barren, and infertile land. The truth is that the anointing does not succumb to desert, it is only answerable to one voice and that is the voice of the covenant. The purpose of the anointing is to align everything around us, and make every situation work out in our favour just like Joseph.

So whatever you are going through, instead of crying and blaming everything around you, begin to put the anointing in you to work.
